We will meet in either Tampa or Miami ( depending on the flights into Havana ) Seeing how people are coming from many different cities.

Day 1: January 19th 2018 (Friday)  Fly to Havana

Havana to Trinidad

• Arrival at Havana’s Jose Marti International Airport . Private transfer from the airport for a 3 hour journey to the Trinidad, a water front city on Cuba’s south coast known for its beauty and an historical importance.
• Stop along the way to visit the Playa Giron for lunch and the Bay of Pigs museum.  
• Check into local casas,

• Dinner in the main square with local music.

Day 2: January 20th 2018 (Saturday)  

Sunrise photowalk before the town wakes up.

8:30 am Breakfast served in Casas

Walk the streets to create images 

 Local lunch provided

 -Drive for a mountain expedition to the incredibly scenic and breathtaking destination of Topes de Collantes, replete mountain rivers and waterfalls. Enjoy swimming in the El Cubano pools and nature hiking. Bring your bathing suits.

 Dinner will be with a night of music and art at the now famous Fabrica de Arte Cubano.

Day 3: January 21st 2018 (Sunday)

7:30 am Breakfast served in Casas

8:30 am board bust to travel to one of the most historic cities in Cuba for walking city tour Trinidad

- Time to explore Trinidad and interact with the local Cubans

Local lunch provided

 -Drive for a mountain expedition to the incredibly scenic and breathtaking destination of Topes de Collantes, replete mountain rivers and waterfalls. Enjoy swimming in the El Cubano pools and nature hiking. Bring your bathing suits.

Day 4: January 22nd 2018 (Monday)

Early morning departure for Havana 

Breakfast at casa.

Stop at the Bay of Pigs

Lunch on the road

Stop a local farm for people to people and portraits.  

Day 5: January 23rd 2018 (Tuesday)

Lets go Boxing  ( photographing the boxers )

Sunrise on The Malecon of Havana always has an interesting sunrise with the fishermen and great light, if you up for it. 

After breakfast and by 10:30 we will arrive at : Gimnasio de Boxeo Trejo, boxing gym. The best of Cuba will show off their skills and create photos with you.

Lunch at an Artist studio. (CO)

Early afternoon ride the old cars to visit El Cristo de La Habana (The Havana’s statue of Christ)  ending up at Moro Castle to photograph it's 15th to 18th century walls and canons.  Great skyline of Havana and the Malecon.

Return to the Malecon for sunset and music.

Dinner at local cafe' (on your own)

Night photo walks. (optional)

Day 6: January 24th 2018 (Wednesday)

Early Morning

Flamenco Dancers in the Havana Cathedral Square.  These great dancers will make it easy for you to create images with them with a once in a life time backdrops of 15th century buildings.

Breakfast in a local cafe'

We will be joined by one of the teachers from Old Havana Restoration School and Workshop of to take a tour of the school that is putting Havana back together. We will be allowed to photograph the students and their work.

Lunch (on your own)

The Old Square has one of just 7 commercial Camera Obscura in the world.  It is a great way to step inside a camera and see Havana live.  After which we will photograph the other great square of old Havana.

Sunset we will be at the Malecon with dinner near by. (on your own)

There are many evening music and club options that you can choose for the evening.

Day 7: January 25th 2018 (Thursday)

Havana/ Vinales  (B,L) 

7:00 am Breakfast served in Casas. Day begins at 7:30 am

 -Full day excursion to the beautiful mountainous province of Pinar del Rio, approximately 180 kms. This western most region is known for its amazing valleys, landscapes and mountains. 

Visit one of the famous tobacco farms (Finka de Tobaco). Learn how this mainstay crop of Cuba is planted, harvested and prepared for shipping to tobacco factories to bring to final product.  A personal guided tour by the owner Montisino will highlight.

Lunch provided at the only Cuban Organic farm on the island, Finka de Organico. Take a tour of the farm.

Visit an authentic tobacco factory in Pinar del Rio. See how the leaves are transformed into the final product of Cohiba cigars

Photograph the Sunset in the valley.

 Return to Havana casas, 

Day 8: January 26th 2018 (Friday)

Your final day in havana

Day 9:  January 27th 2018  (Saturday)

Time to head home.
